Ingredients
- 1 dl BBQ Sauce
- 1 dl Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tbsp Chili Sauce Heinz
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce japanese
- 3 tbsp Lime juice fresh
- 1 tbsp Ginger fresh, minced
- 1 tbsp Garlic fresh, minced
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Sambal Oelek or chili paste
- 1 kg Pork neck, loin, chop, shoulder

Instructions
- Combine all the marinade ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Cut pork into bites (2cm width squares) and put in the bowl. Combine and coat the pork with marinade and let sit for minimum one hour or, even better, overnight.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. No oil. Cook pork in the marinade. It will simmer in the liquid initially for about 10 minutes and once the water/liquid evaporates the pork will turn sticky. Stir occationally and lower heat at end or it may burn.
- Ideas for garnish: spring onion, chopped chilli, sesame seeds, Thai basil, koriander.
Recipe Notes
Serve with rice and Korean Cucumber Salad
Turn leftover pork into a delicious wrap by rolling it up in flour tortillas with cucumber wedges, shredded iceberg lettuce and spring onions.
