Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F
- Thoroughly rinse, trim and slice in half lengthwise
- Brush/spray oil in a roasting pan and drizzle the leeks with oil
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Roast until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve instantly
Recipe Notes
Cheap, simple and delicious. Rather under cook than leaving them too long in the oven. Wrapping them in thick tin foil and put on grill works as well.
