Ingredients
- 3 dl Tomato ketchup Heinz
- 0,5 dl Sherry dry
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 5 tbs Muscovado sugar dark
- 2 tbs Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbs Tomato puree
- 2 tbs Paprika powder
- 2 pcs Galric cloves pureed
- 1 tbs Mustard French/Dijon
- 1 tsp Chili dry flakes or fresh
- 2 tsp Liquid smoke
- 1 tbs Honey liquid

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over a low heat.
- Stir occasionally and let simmer for 10 minutes until all ingredients are dissolved.
Recipe Notes
Use immediately or store in an airtight jar and refrigerate. The sauce will taste even better after a day or two and can be stored in a refrigerator for up to two weeks after preparation.
