1 tbsp Lemon Juice fresh
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 pc Garlic clove minced
1 dl Parmesan cheese grated
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper ground

4 pcs Anchovy fillets packed in oil

In a blender, combine all ingredients at room temperature and mix for about 20 seconds or until smooth.
