- 1 pc Cauliflower head
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 pc Yellow onion medium size, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Parsley finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
- Trim cauliflower head and remove any browned parts and grate
- Put butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and stir continuously until golden. 10 mins
- Add cauliflower and stir occasionally until softened. 10 mins
- Remove from heat, blend in parsley and juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately
