head

Butter

Yellow onion
medium size, finely chopped

Parsley
finely chopped

Lemon Juice
Instructions
Trim cauliflower head and remove any browned parts and grate
Put butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and stir continuously until golden. 10 mins
Add cauliflower and stir occasionally until softened. 10 mins
Remove from heat, blend in parsley and juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately
