Ingredients
- 1 dl Parsley
- 0,5 dl Olive oil Extra virgin
- 0,5 dl Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
- 0,5 dl Water
- 1 tbsp Oregano Fresh
- 0,5 tbsp Shallots
- 0,5 pc Garlic clove
- 0,25 tbsp Chili Fresh
- 0,5 tsp Salt

Instructions
- Finely chop all ingredients
- Mix lemon juice, salt, garlic, shallot, water and chili in a bowl and leave to rest for a few minutes
- Stir in parsley and oregano and use a fork to whisk in oil
