Ingredients
- 0,5 dl Sunflower seeds lightly toasted/roasted
- 2 dl Dill fresh
- 1 dl Västerbottensost *
- 1 dl Rapeseed oil
- 0,5 tsp Garlic finely chopped
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Lemon zest

Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, place the dill, garlic, salt, zest, seeds, and cheese and whirl until finely minced
- Add oil and process into a thick paste. Add black pepper to taste
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator

*The Västerbottensost can be substituted with Parmesan or Pecoriono
