Ingredients
- 1 kg Tomatoes peeled, seeded and chopped*
- 2 dl Cucumber peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 dl Red bell pepper peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 dl Red onions peeled and chopped
- 3 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pc Garlic clove minced
- 1 pc Lemon juiced
- 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Salt fleur de sel
- 0,5 tsp Black pepper freshly ground
- 2 tbsp basil leaves finely cut leafs, save a few uncut for garnish

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2-48 hours
- Serve with basil
Recipe Notes
*Separate tomatoes from seeds over a large bowl discarding the peel. The seedless tomato chunks can go straight into the blender. Separate the seeds from the juice with a strainer and add the juice to the blender as well. Discard seeds
Pour pureed mixture through a strainer if you prefer a finer texture.
