- 1 pc Cucumber sliced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Sugar white
- 5 cl Ättikssprit 12% vinegar essence / acetic acid
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce korean, Sempio
- 2 tbsp Gochujang chili paste Link to recipe below

Instructions
- Combine the ingredients and whisk until sugar is dissolved. Add to cucumber and stir gently. Make sure to coat completely.
- Let rest in fridge for min 30 mins
- Strain and serve

Ättikssprit 12% can be replaced with rice vinegar
