Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Chili paste red, seedless and smooth
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Sugar white
- 2 tbsp Ginger minced
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil dark
- 1 tbsp Honey liquid
- 2 tbsp Scallions finely shredded
- 4 tbsp Rape seed oil or other neutral oil
- 1 tbsp Onion powder

Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a bowl until smooth, preferably with a stick blender
Recipe Notes
For a bit of crunch, add 2 tbsp of toasted sesame seeds
Keeps a long time in the refrigerator
