Ingredients
- 8 tbsp Parsley minced flat-leafs
- 4 tbsp Lemon zest freshly grated
- 2 pcs Garlic cloves minced

Instructions
- Wash and dry lemon and parsley and separate parsley leafs from stem
- Finely chop parsley and mince garlic
- Grate the lemon zest
- Mix together in a bowl
- Serve right away or refrigerate in airtight container up to one day
