- 500 g New potatoes small
- 3 dl Double cream
- 4 sprigs Dill fresh
- 1 batch Mustard & Dill Sauce from recipe below
- 1 Lemon

Instructions
- Make a batch of Mustard & Dill Sauce, recipe below
- Cook the potatoes in well-salted water until soft, strain, cut in half and set aside to cool
- Add the cream to a saucepan and bring to medium heat. Let it simmer until reduced to half. Set aside to cool a little
- Add the Mustard & Dill Sauce to the lukewarm cream and then gently combine with potatoes
- Serve lukewarm with Salmon any style. Garnish with a few sprigs of dill and a slice of lemon
