  1. Make a batch of Mustard & Dill Sauce, recipe below
  2. Cook the potatoes in well-salted water until soft, strain, cut in half and set aside to cool
  3. Add the cream to a saucepan and bring to medium heat. Let it simmer until reduced to half. Set aside to cool a little
  4. Add the Mustard & Dill Sauce to the lukewarm cream and then gently combine with potatoes
  5. Serve lukewarm with Salmon any style. Garnish with a few sprigs of dill and a slice of lemon
