Instructions
Slice cucumbers into thin slices.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk until salt and sugar is dissolved.
Add sliced cucumber and mix gently.
Let sit for 10-15 minutes for the cucumbers to absorb the dressing before serving.
