Korean seasoned raw beef (yukhoe) is a totally unique dish. It makes a great side dish or a complete main course if served with fries.

Ingredients
- 450 g Sirloin dry aged, grass fed
- 1 pc Garlic clove fresh, pealed, minced
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil high quality, Kadoya
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce korean, Sempio
- 1 tsp Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds roasted
- 750 g French fries Aviko, Super Crunch Premium Fries

Instructions
- Trim the sirloin of any fat or sinew and cut it into small cubes. Alternatively use meat grinder coarsely.
- Prepare the fries
- Combine the meat with the remaining ingredients. Make sure to coat completely.

Serve with kimchi mayo, fries, thin slices of silverskin onion, finely cut chives, fresh green salad, pear cut into matchsticks, gochujang sauce, gochujang cucumbers, egg yolk
