Ingredients
- 1 pc Red pepper grilled, deseeded
- 2 pcs Garlic cloves pealed, minced
- 1 pc White bread Levain, crums or pieces
- 1 tsp Cumin ground
- 1 tsp Paprika powder smoked
- 1 dl Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sherry vinegar or red

Instructions
- Whiz up with stick blender until you reach a puree. Keep cool. Taste better if made in advance, the day before is preferred. Take out the fridge at least half an hour before use
