Nuoc Cham (Nước Chấm) - a great dipping sauce used just about everywhere in Vietnamese cooking

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Lime juice
- 3 tbsp Sugar white
- 3 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 pc Garlic clove minced/puré
- 1 tbsp Chili fresh, seeded, finely chopped
- 1 dl Cilantro finely chopped
- 1 dl Mint fresh, finely chopped
- 1 dl Water warm

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together water and sugar until sugar dissolves
- Add in lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, and chili and stir to combine
- Add mint and cilantro
- Let cool in fridge for a minimum of 15 minutes before use
Recipe Notes
Sauce will improve when stored and peak after 4-6 hours.
Keep a container of this sauce in the refrigerator, it will last for a month.
