  1. In a bowl, whisk together water and sugar until sugar dissolves
  2. Add in lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, and chili and stir to combine
  3. Add mint and cilantro
  4. Let cool in fridge for a minimum of 15 minutes before use

Sauce will improve when stored and peak after 4-6 hours.
Keep a container of this sauce in the refrigerator, it will last for a month.
