Instructions
  1. Add ingredients into a bowl and mix gently
  2. Sprinkle with lime juice and salt to taste just before serving
  3. Serve room temperatured
Recipe Notes
  • Use only ripe tomatoes. Preferably Plum, Roma or Cherry tomatoes
  • Eat fresh, might keep for one day in refrigerator
  • Red onions will do the trick as well
  • Garlic is commonly used
