jalapeƱo or serrano, seeded and diced

Instructions
Add ingredients into a bowl and mix gently
Sprinkle with lime juice and salt to taste just before serving
Serve room temperatured
Recipe Notes
Use only ripe tomatoes. Preferably Plum, Roma or Cherry tomatoes
Eat fresh, might keep for one day in refrigerator
Red onions will do the trick as well
Garlic is commonly used
