Instructions
Cut carrots into pieces, place on a sheet tray and toss with the olive oil and salt. Bake until the carrots are tender and browned. 200 degrees C. 20 minutes
Place the carrots, onion powder and chevre in a high-speed blender or food processor. Puree, adding cream as needed, until the puree is smooth but still thick. Salt and plendy of black pepper
