Ingredients
- 400 g Yellow peas dry, split peas
- 6 tbsp Lemon Juice 2 lemons
- 15 cl Olive oil exrtra virgin
- 3 tbsp Tahini high quality
- 1 tsp Garlic powder or 1 clove minced or 2 roasted
- 2 tsp Salt

Instructions
- Soak peas in water over night. Simmer 1 hour with 1 stp salt, rince in cold water
- In a food processor or blender, combine the ingredientss and process until the mixture is thick and creamy
- In a serving bowl, top with garnishes of your choice such as cummin powder or paprika powder, drizzle olive oil and sesame seeds and serve. Keeps in fridge up to 1 week.
