  1. Soak peas in water over night. Simmer 1 hour with 1 stp salt, rince in cold water
  2. In a food processor or blender, combine the ingredientss and process until the mixture is thick and creamy
  3. In a serving bowl, top with garnishes of your choice such as cummin powder or paprika powder, drizzle olive oil and sesame seeds and serve. Keeps in fridge up to 1 week.
