- 1 pc red chili minced
- 2,5 dl Rice vinegar light
- 200 g Sugar white
- 10 g Salt

Instructions
- Pour ingrediences into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in chili and simmer until 105 degrees celcius.
- Remove saucepan and let cool. Pour into an airtight jar and refrigerate until needed.
