Ingredients
- 2 dl Soy sauce Japanese, or Tamari
- 1 dl Brown sugar or white
- 1 tbsp Garlic fresh, minced
- 2 tbsp Ginger fresh, minced
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch mixed in 3 the water
- 1 dl Water

Instructions
- Simmer ingredients in a saucepan for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool. Strain.
- Store in the fridge for up to a month.
